how can i fix my machine?

tricity bendix washing machine drum will hardly turn and wont go backwards what do you think is wrong??

Depends where it is leaking from, Could be the front seal, could be pipe work, NOT enough information,
If not front seal, take the top off, look around, WITHOUT the power connected. Might find signs of where the leak is from. Other wise, Get some one in.
