if ther is a plastic plate at the bottom of your machine it may have an outflow stopper behind it it sounds like the outflow is clogged. switch off machine, before you unscrew stopper have a tray and old towel handy. it will be full of old powder gunk and water, unscrew stopper and clean it out rescrew stopper should work
