Mend Elba PX906 Electric Cooker Heating Element Fan Oven

elba px906 top element is not working i have replaced it still not working?

my elba px906 is working bottom oven and the middle fan oven i relaced the top element and can not still get it working am just wondering have i put the wires right back on to the element from left to right the wires are black blue earth white black any ideas would be great
