Mend Potterton 80 Suprima Boiler Fault Replacement

i have a fault with a fan unit on a potterton 80 suprima?

I have a potterton suprima 80 and have had to change the fan unit 3 times over the last 4 months, thought to start with they where faulty fans but now think there is something else wrong with the boiler to cause the problem with the fan, any suggestions.
