the water pressure is below 1 bar ?

my boiler is saunier duval thelia 23 and the water pressure keeps going below 1 bar firstly is this dangerous and should I turn the system off and also how & can it be fixed

You will need to get a plumber out to look at the boiler it needs the pressure gauge turning to get the pressure back up to 3
