How can I fix my heating system on a Toyota Lucida(Estima)?

Can any one help me in trying to fix my Heating problem I have with my Toyota Lucida please?

I have hot air blowing from the rear vent not a problem :0) But as soon as I put the heat on the front, NOTHING!

I'm new to Toyota Lucida's always had a Ford which I could do no probs :0) So any help would be nice....

Under your bonnet to the right of the air intake you will see an arm opperated by a cable this cable controls the direction the heat enters your cab. This cable is opperated by an electrical servo check if this is all working
