Mend Technika 32" Turn Minutes Turns

how can i fix my technika 32" lcd tv?

My Technika tv comes on when i turn it on .But only stay on for five minutes. then it turns off and their is no power.So I have to unplug the tv then plug it back in after a couple of seconds.Then the power will be back and it stays on for a couple off minutes again and their is a huming noise from the back of the tv.
