power loss in a bedford cf?

If you are used to modern vehicles then a CF like our 1989 Transit will seem dull and slow.However it does have its advantages,cambelt change less than an hour and £10,oil and filter change 15 minutes and you can sort things for yourself and not rely on other people/garages who are only too willing to take your money.
Could we have some more information on your opinion of power loss,symptoms etc.
