Mend Belling XOU252 Oven Thermostat Heating

Belling Synergie XOU252 Oven not Heating Up?

Oven working perfectly one minute then heat dropped. Fan still working Grill OK any ideas? Could it be the thermostat or the oven element. Any advice please on how to check which part and how to change it?
