ariston fridgefreezer ?

defrosted ariston fridgefreezer turned it back on freezer not working three lights flashig all the time tryed everything please help i am so sick of it i cannot find the model number can anyone tell me where it might be on the fridge its about three years old had it repaired before under guarentee
