Mend Hotpoint FFA80 Water Tray

my hotpoint ffa80 keeps seeping water from the drin tray inside the fridge and it seems to freeze under the slad trays.turning the fridge up or down doesnt affect the temperature at all and i have had no success in clearing the drain hole despite using a thin drain unblocker which goes a long way down then hits something solid.
