TOO MUCH WATER IN MY HOTPOINT FFA70?

the best way to unblock the drain tube is, i used a small rubber tube connected to an old empty silicon seleant tube, put the tube in side drain as far as you can then fill empty silicon tube with hot water, hold the silicon tube up the water will go down the tude forcing the cold water out of the drain replacing it with hot water which will melt the frozen water, it will then clear it>
