Mend Ford Transit Connect 1.8 Pulling Engine Revs

fault on transit connect 1.8?

when pulling off i get a slight rattling from the engine at about 1250 revs then seems to calm down past this i. the engine seems quite lumpy when i maintain these revs when stationary
