iveco van 53 plate hsi turbo?

hi can you help i keep getting the injector light coming up on the dash and also i find it hard to start at times and also the van conks out at times. people say the engine is great at 350.000 miles but i just dont know what is making the van jerk when i drive it can you advise or help if this has happend to you
