Iveco Daily35s11 51 Reg Injector warning light flashing?

I have a problem like that iveco daily flashes the injector light even when it's idling and it can cuts off I need help please

Had the same problems and it happened to be a jamed actuater .

Have u checked inline lift pump on left chassis rail common for jamming I had same problems I've took mine out as doesn't really need it

I have a similar issue with my 35s13 2.8 I turbo inter cooled. Mine will just cut out and the injector light will flash 5 or 6 times and get going again. This will happen anytime and will even cut out on flat going and on cruise control, up hill or down and even in 3,4,5,6 gear.
Some times it will go for 120-150 Kim's without doing it then will do it 20 times in5klms, but will keep doing it till the engine stops and cooled down.
I have replaced all hoses and clamps and checked fuel pressure to the high pressure pump and there is NO air in the system at all.
I have checked the contacts on the sensors and my next venture will be to locate a obd reader to check the ECU and circuits?????
If anyone can enlighten me as to the cause I will certainlly be appreciated and shout a beer.

the problen is the crank .. check end float if there is a lot the crank move back n forth and the crank sensor dosent pick up it signal it also it give you a oil leak

hi have same problem replaced 4 injectors high pressured pump fuel rail ,fuel filter , drained fuel tank , small inline filter high pressure sensor , and sensor at the rear of the pump and last the injector wiring loom and the red light is still flashing im out loads of £££££

I have very similar problems. Red injector light comes on and seems to run on 3 cylinders. Switch engine off and runs fine until rev'd over 1500rpm. Dodgey injector? Anyway to find out which one without plug-in?

reading around, it's a common problem with these vans (mine does it oo)

from what I've read, most main dealers will replace the wiring loom to fix it (££££££££)

but apparently it's nearly always the connection on the top of the 3rd or 4th injector working lose ?

the high head pressure pump is faulty follow the red fuel pipe to the pump on the passanger side of the engine near the bottom. we had the same problem this solved it.

was the high pressure pump aswell mate not cheap £477 new but can get yours reckond 4 bout £300

Did anybody solve this. I have just serviced one on nightshift tonight and it is doing exactly the same. Tried several filters but no better. Bled it for ages through filter head bleed screw using vehicles electric fuel pump. Even bled it at all 4 injectors in turn. I have left it for the day shift to have a go at tomorrow morning so when I go back in tomorrow night I may have an answer for you guys.

found out your problem mate, its the injectors. needs plugin in to find out which ones r broke, there r 4 in total
