Mend Yamaha Zinger 60cc Runs Good 20

My 85 Yamaha zinger runs good for about 20 min?

After around 20 min. It still runs but does not want 2move is it cluch slipping? Runs same way when cools down Need Help Please.Its a 85 yamaha zinger 60cc.
