A drain as big as this one usually points to an alternator fault...as well as generating electricity, an alternator has electronic 'valves' built into it that prevents the drain back of power from the battery. These things are called diodes and they are found in the rectifier pack. Try this? Once switching off your car, remove one of the battery leads. If the battery holds its charge when you come to fire up again, then I guess thats it....if the battery has still run down then its internally goosed.
