diplomat 8342 dish washer?

did not complete cycle, water in bottom of machine, baled out,cleaned internal filter and refitted, removed black plastic plate mopped up the water switched power back on,pressed power button on machine power light comes on but no other lights, have tried reset as suggested on forum but no luck, any suggestions please.
