Error code on Alpine 7870 car CD player?

The CD player is mounted in a Classic car therefore it has very low hours of use. A few months back I attempted to load a CD and received an error message. I ran a cleaner disk through the unit and it corrected the problem. The error message has returned and when I attempted tor run the cleaner disk again it ran for about 5 to 10 seconds and the error message appeared again. I have tried spraying a computer air cleaner but I am still getting the error message. The car is only driven about once a week . Hope you can help. Thanks
