how can i fix 1996 ford fiesta?

my interior blower switch only works on number 4 how can i get it to work on settings 1 2 3 aswell

check the fan blower switch gives continuity through all settings, if not the replace switch. if it does then the rheostat is faulty. but also check the output of the motor as these sometimes have a high resistance and may only work on full load. hope this helps!!
