How do I fix my cigarette lighter on my X Reg Ford Fiesta?

Have just pirchased an X Reg Ford Fiesta. The cigarette lighter does not work, so I cannot use my Sat-Nav in it. Have looked at the handbook but cannot see which fuse is for it
