My UPVC door will not unlock or open from the outside

Inside no problem works correctly

Remove the Euro cylinder and replace with a new one. The cam that operates the gearbox is not locating properly.

Will it work when door is open? if so could be door has dropped & lock failing on keeps on frame. If not change barrel.
