Mend U1410/U1420 Oven Temperature Appliance

U1410/U1420 Oven?

I inherited this oven, it has worked ok untill today. The top oven and grill are working fine.

The problem is the Main oven. The fan is not moving in the back of the oven.

When I turn the switch it lights up and the the oven heats (can see the element glow at the back of oven). However the oven does not hold its temprture.
Any advice would be appriciated
