Mend Insinkerator 5-81 Years Fine Sounds

insinkerator model 5-81 blades turn but doesn't grind?

I have an Insinkerator model 5-81. It's probably about 5 years old. When I turn it on the blades turn fine and and everything sounds normal but things just aren't getting ground up very well. My wife reached in last night and pulled out a bunch of strawberry tops that looked like they hadn't been touched. What could be wrong?
