I can't turn on the heater, it just stuck and the ignition won't start. I turn hard and smell gas, then I use a match to light it, but still the fire only stand on the No2. and won't let me put to No.4. Can anyone know how to clean the knob or how I can turn to switch it on? Many thanks.
