Mend Druraband TU-H609 Steam Cleaner Not Working

Druraband Steam Cleaner TU-H609 not working?

The applicance gets hot but no steam comes out. Only used once but not for a long time. Cannot remember if light is supposed to be on or not. It came on for a little while then went off. Cannot see any blockages? Help?
