Mend Triton Bewitched Electric Pressure Shower

What could be the problem with our Triton Bewitched shower?

When the shower is turned on and we select the Red button, the shower automatically jumps to the blue setting and also the pressure light stays on.

There is no water coming out either...

All electrics seem fine!!

Can anyone help with this matter?
