my van showing coil light?

when the accelerator is pushed so far down the coil light comes on and revs are restricted

Just had my Ford Van coil replaced due to cracking. Was jumping, popping and knocking like crazy when excellerating.

Hi mate. Could do with vehicle type but sounds like a renault problem.Map sensor or turbo pressure regulator.
