what else can i try to reset rc10/433?

my electricity supply shut down unexpectedly but is now restored. Since then, I have hot water but no central heating. I've pressed reset button on rc10/433 but red indicator light only comes on for a few seconds. What else can I do please? I have a Glowworm boiler and Honeywell timer. I am a disabled pensioner and cant afford engineer. I understand that this website is free. Thank you
