Mend GE JVM1430WDC Fan Working Changed

How can I fix my light/ fan in my GE JVM1430WDC Spacemaker Microwave?

The bulb burnt out on the microwave (but fan was working), so I changed the bulb but now neither the fan nor the light is working!
