Does the Climapro2RF work?

3 months ago I purchased a Climapro2Rf along with a Glow-worm Ultracom2 boiler.It did not function correctly.Neither did the two subsequent uprated Climapro's supplied and fitted under guarantee.Are there others out there in the same situation as myself,with a system that is still refusing to work?
