how can i fix pro Therm 80e boiler ?

Just moved into new house & the Fault code shows FO on digital display
gas & water have been turned off for a while prior to me moving in.
The pump runs but gas does not ignite on heating or hot water ?
Please help its freezing or does any one have access to a manual that could guide me Thanks ?
