Is it possible to stop the keypad from from making any noise ? To set it at night I press PART and it immediately sets with a single small beep but the keys make a noise when I press them to unset.
It is set when the single beep sounds, that is how YOU know the alarm is set.
Turning it off will make sounds from the keypad

Not unless you disconnect the piezo inside the keypad.
But then how will you know its taking the commands in,on other items?
Plus it might be on engineer reset fot tamper.
But it does default to User reset as out of the box.

yes it is pos,was just having a laugh,but if you open the keypad,you will trip the tamper circuit,and you may need the engineering code to reset ,do you want to take that risk???????
