wiring an off switch?

Hi,
I have a NEFF diswasher S4132wogb/11 FD7310 (around 12 years old) I recently broke the on off switch and obtained a new one However, I forgot to write down the terminal numbers that the 4 wires go on.there are 4 terminals, there is a brown wire(i assume live, A blue wire(neutral?) a blue wire with a maroon tracer, and a white cable with a purple tracer, I can add that 2 off the terminals go to a resister which in turn go to neon bulb I am just at a loss to which terminals they all marry upto. Can anyone help as the other half is not impressed with me at the moment and we can't use the dishwasher. I don't want to "guess" in case I blow the replacemnt switch assembly as it is a new one.
