siemens extraklasse 1300 problem?

when my siemens extraklasse 1300 washing machine finishes it´s washing cycle the water in the washing machine is not draining away. any ideas on how to fix this?

I had similiar problems with a 1400 model - I cleaned the anti-syphon chamber which got blocked with scale and the rubbish.
