Mend Citroen Dispatch Working Motor Bushes

heater blower working intermittently?

Hi all i have a 2000 Citroen Dispatch and the heater blower works intermittently. Apparently the motor bushes are a common cause of this problem.
Does anyone know how to replace these?
Any help greatly appreciated.
