Gas ring goes out when turned down to low?

My gas hob rings light fine but when turned down go out. The wok ring does not light the inner circle but when turned down does not go out. Any thoughts???

take off all burner caps etc. and clean a brush and hot soapy water works under the burners are small brass injectors these need to be clean and free from grease
