SMEG oven fan works, light on but no heat or display?

SMEG oven power light turns on, but no display, and no heat. Oven got very hot in the room then shut down. I think the second cooling fan failed allowing the cooker to overheat how to I replace the 1. Fan Motor 2. The electrical display control panel 3. The Thermostat ?
Model UK 1065X-1 Type NO65K made in March 2008, number 08301046. Or is there a fuse switch
