Mend Peugeot Speedfight 2 50cc Air Cylinder Head

snapped belt?

hi i have a peugeot speedfight 2 50cc air
i have had it derestricted, had a 70cc cylinder, head and piston, a primary gear up and a race variator and a technigas race exhaust put on the scooter,
the problem is every 3-4 week my belt keeps snapping and nobody can seem to find the fault
any suggestions??

have you tried a heavy duty kevlar belt from malossi? try not to rev your ped up when the brakes are on as it wears the belt away
