Mend Ford Focus Zetec 1.6 Driving

How can I fix my Dial?

My spedo metter some times stop working, though still I am driving. then the mileage screen goes off and come back after sometimes. Its a ford focus zetec 1.6 2000 petrol model. Any solution?
