how do i reset my beko WM71475 washing machine?

Thanks CK, When in test mode code 8109 comes up but no e number. Machine spins in test mode, All ok with drain pump, stil no spin with no soap.

If you have washing in and do the test spin it will bounce around.When you go in to the test mode does any 'E' numbers display??.Not sure what to say on it not spinning during a wash cycle but spinning on a test???.remove the filter and shine a torch in to the filter housing and just check nothing is in there.Single heavy items will not spin as the anti balance will stop it from doing the spin.Motor issue?.Main pcb issue?.over sudding (to much foam) can be an issue for not spin.try a wash cycle without soap powder
