Can I turn down the temperature becasue the water comes out so hot I cant put my hand under it. It is also runs hot and cold. How do I get a constant temperature?

the temperature for the hot water is controlled by the thermostat on you hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard. Try turning it down to 55 deg also check that it is actually attached to the cylinder and not been knocked off.
