metronic k box singal?

hi could anyone out there tell me how i can get my origenal code back for my remote control, its a metronic digital satellite receiver 441320. ibought a universal remote for another sat box but forgot to turn of the metronic one and i cant get the remote to work.any advice would be welcom many thanks kelvin
