how can i fix my Renault clio 1200 R reg petrol?

my renault clio R reg is playing up sometimes when starting most of the time it starts OK.but then other times it takes a few attempts before starting, spark plugs have been replaced but no joy its only got 65000 miles on clock its like the immobiliser stopping the engine firing up but will turn over.
