Mend Heat-store Aqua Plus 8.5kW Working Cold Full

heat store aqua plus not working since cold weather?

Heat-store Aqua Plus 8.5kW not working since cold weather, full pressure mains water supply is working fine, 240 volts at input is present.
Is there a liklihood of a resistor/capacitor not working, which is easily replaced.
I don't really have the money to replace the shower so early in the new year
