i have line going accross the sceen of the tv?

i just got this tv this morning and it was sitting out all night and was cold it wouldnt turn on at first but i let it warm up and it came on now thier is lines, like bright purple ones ive adgusted the contrast color tint exc. how can i get this to go away its a mitsubishi ws -55413
