Take the bike of stand and shake it to shake up the petrol. Then try to kickstart the bike while pulling the throttle half way back. This should run fresh petrol through the bike and send a spark. The bike will take a couple of kicks to start but when it does start, you will want to keep the revs up for a few minutes to get the engine warmed up.

i would say the battery needs either charging or replacing on it mate,the cold weather can really give them some stick and knock a cell out on them that can leave them short of 2 volts or more and kills the cranking amperage.
