Mend Vaillant ecoTEC plus 832 Boiler Heating

I have a switch 110 vaillant combi boiler?

The pressure had dropped to zero , i made a call and was told how to fill the boiler back upto pressure , great... the green light was on but now i have no hot water and no heating and 20mins after, it started making a horrible noise the light was flashing green and the amber light came on . what can i do ?
