Saxo VTS fuel problem?

i went over a pot hole and the engine cut out we reset the red button for fuel pump but it still wont start good spark and fuel pump works ok in the haynes manual it says there is a knock sensor in the in the front face of the cylinder block .where is it located

wont be knock sensor. this detects pinking in engine not knocks from suspension.
