Mend Citroën Saxo Stopped Working Ignition

Saxo speedo and taco stopped working?

2002 saxo.
Speedo and taco not stopped working.
However, when ignition on and brakes lights operated the points needles for fuel lights up and partially on the taco needle also.

Any way of diagnosing the problem?
